Hey there, Courtney Here, to challenge you in the month of July!! It’s time to JUMP into your mid-year movement goals! Even if you have no mid-year movement goals…LOL. Step 2: Sign up to receive your challenge materials at JumpIntoJuly.com
Step 3: Make sure to like Project You Health Coaching on Facebook and turn your notifications ON so you can be updated with all challenge happenings
Step 4: Write a post or record a video on the Project You facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ProjectYOUhealthcoaching/ sharing: • Why you said YES to Jump into July and declaring you are ALL IN for this challenge • What your goal is for the month and what is most important about this for you • Where you request accountability, support or guidance from me and the community so you can be as successful as possible. Please be sure to #JumpintoJulyHCI
Step 5: Commit to MOVEMENT 3 times a day, every day, for the WHOLE month of July.
Step 6: Commit to sharing a Facebook post on the Project You: Jump Into July Challenge Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/226807048043975/ at least 2-3 times per week for the WHOLE month of July.
Step 7: Fill out your daily activity log everyday which you will be receiving at Jumpintojuly.com
